The Sunday School at First Baptist Church of Avinger Texas’s focus is on taking the timeless truth of God’s Word and bringing it to life — your life. Whatever your age or stage in life, there’s a group for you and every member of your family.

Led by dedicated and gifted Bible teachers, each Sunday School Class is designed to help you grow as a believer, to have victory in your daily walk with the Lord, and to serve Him with your own unique gifts and talents. You’ll also meet friends for life, people with common needs, people who will encourage you, rejoice with you, and pray with you.

Sunday School starts at 9:45 AM each Sunday morning. There are a number of different groups:  Children, Youth and Adult

While we are a small congregation, we are preparing Christians to be able to “run the race set before us” and to do so with confidence.  As the need arises, we will be adding classes.
